“Shuttle bus picked up up from our hotel and took us to the port in Palma. There we were sorted into different buses but there was some confusion but eventually it got sorted. An hour later we stopped at the pearl outlet store for browse, use the toilet and get a drink. It was only a short stop. The caves where literally next door but we had to use the coach to get there. We were given our tickets and told we had 1hr 30m to go through the caves and see the concert. We joined the queue of about 500 to 700 people. There is a limit as to…”
