Called the tour operator many times at 9:20, after realised that other people waiting for the bus are all in other trip. No one picked up. So couldn’t take any action, except for complaining to Viator. Viator told me to negotiate with the tour operator to find another alternatives, but one woman at the tour operator just yelled at me! You are stupid and just missed the tour.”

“Gabriel was brilliant. We got very lucky and ended up as the only passengers after our slot had to be rearranged due to the weather. We were looked after so well, the food was as lovely and we got a dip in the (freezing!) water in the bay. Gabriel even let us all drive the boat for a bit! Would recommend going for the private hire of the whole boat if possible - we felt 9 people would be a squeeze for seating and changing after swimming when you’re all strangers (max 4-6 would be fine in that situation). We were a group of three and had loads of room.”
